Escape to the real Australian bush! Start your ride in the heart of Queensland's tropical rainforest and ride through ever changing landscapes of seven different eco-systems. Dust off your boots and enjoy a hearty feed by the camp fire. Settle in your comfortable swag or tent to sleep under the stars.

Experience the beauty and spirit of a vast, never-ending landscape in true Aussie, overlander style. Travel the Teamster's Way from the outback to the sea, as discovered by early pioneers and cross rivers and mountains on horse back.

The Three Day Outback Adventure gives you a real sense of Aussie outback living. Arrive at camp in the evening for a well deserved rest and authentic, professionally prepared Australian style cuisine by the camp fire.

We spend three days and nights exploring the untouched, vast outback and ride through tropical rainforest world heritage listed national park. Bathe in crocodile free water holes, lagoons and creeks and enjoy magnificent views from the comfort of your saddle.

You can spot an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, dingoes, brumbies, wild cattle and feral pigs. Our local area boasts the second highest population of bird species in the world, including yellow sunbirds, red king parrots, eagles and the buff-breasted paradise kingfisher. Wake up to the bird songs of the bush and the mouth-watering smells of breakfast before heading out into the savannah for another day's riding.

Our horses are specifically trained to suit all levels of riders - from absolute beginners to advanced. You do not need to be an experienced rider to enjoy our Three Day Outback Adventure. Your hosts have a lifetime of horse experience, with the added bonus of being conservationists with in-depth knowledge of the area you will be riding in. We give free horse riding lessons prior to, and during your rides to enhance your comfort and experience. We are members of the Association for Horsemanship Safety and Education in Australia.
