Tour Description
Experience blending your own wine under the guidance of an experienced winemaker at Sandalford Estate. You will learn about the wine making process up to one of the most critical components, "the blending stage". Then your new found knowledge is put to the test by individually creating your own original blend of wine. This is followed by a wonderful gourmet vineyard platter lunch with a glass of wine at Carilley Estate. Plus enjoy wine & cheese tasting at two delightful boutique wineries in the Swan Valley and finish the day with truffle tasting.
