Non-flying guests are welcome to join you for breakfast. The cost is $35 for adults and $25 for children under 12. Please make breakfast reservations the day before the flight and at that stage we can give you some idea of what time breakfast is likely to be.
There is just one thing that we can't control for you - and that is Melbourne 's weather. Part of the old-fashioned charm of ballooning is that it remains utterly dependent on nature.
For us to fly and for you to enjoy the experience we need light winds and good visibility. Some mornings may look good but even then fast upper winds make a balloon flight unsafe.

- Approx 1 hr balloon flight and champagne breakfast after the flight at the Langham Hotel.
- What to bring:
- The temperature in the balloon is the same as you will find on the ground. Dress in comfortable clothing for the season. Wear a warm jacket, flat/close toed waterproof shoes and warm socks and bring your camera/ video to capture the fantastic photo opportunities.

- We meet in the reception foyer at the Langham Hotel Melbourne. The hotel is located at 1 Southgate Avenue Southbank. Valet Parking is available for all clients at clients cost.

- Duration of the experience, from time of arrival to breakfast, normally takes 4-5 hours.Generally your balloon ride will last for 1 hour (exact length depends on the wind direction and strength). Start times are 1 hour before sunrise (summer approx 4.00-4:30am,winter approx 6:00-7:00am).
