Cancellation Policy
72 hours notice of cancellation required for full refund.
Less than 72 hours to 24 hours prior to departure time: 70% Cancellation charge.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure time: 100% Cancellation charge.

If Cairns Seaplanes cancels any service at the pilot’s discretion all passengers receive a full refund
All flights are subject to the pilot’s discretion, weather conditions, air traffic control and availability.
Wheelchair access is unavailable unless passenger is physically able to board and disembark seaplane unassisted.
All flights covered by passenger seat insurance, however, Cairns Seaplanes will not accept liability for failure to make connections with any other service.
Minimum number may apply (Minimum 2 adults).

NB: This tour operates only in perfect weather conditions otherwise will travel to Green Island and include an additional scenic flight.
