Green Island - Departures Daily and available ex Cairns OR Palm Cove Jetty. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO DAY OF TRAVEL TO CONFIRM HOTEL PICKUP DETAILS Please wait in hotel reception or outside, 5 minutes prior to pick-up time. Pick up times when confirmed are subject to change - allow 5 to 10 minutes either way due to traffic conditions Tour commencement and termination times are approximate only. Complimentary pick-ups are provided from Cairns and the Northern Beaches,as designated by our staff on confirmation. Coach pick-ups maybe by another appointed contractor. Interstate and overseas passengers should re-confirm their pick-up times 24 hours prior. NOTE: Every effort is made to locate passengers upon arrival at their pick-up point. If our driver/tour co-ordinator is unable to locate the passengers at the appointed time, for morning pickups they will be required to make their way to the tour departure point at Blue Sky Brewery (34-42 Lake Street) at their own expense.

Tour Description

See World Heritage listed icons of Tropical North Queensland over two fun-filled days.

Day 1 - Kuranda Scenic Railway, Kuranda, Rainforestation and Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.
Travel to Kuranda aboard the Kuranda Scenic Railway with commentry - one of the worlds most spectacular railways. Free time to explore Kuranda Village. Visit the award winning Rainforestation Nature Park and experience the amphibious Army Duck Tour of the rainforest, wonder through the tropical Fruit Orchard, enjoy the powerful performance of the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers in the rainforest amphithreatre, join your Pamagirri Guide on the Dreamtime walk or spear throwing and digeridoo demonstrations, try your hand at boomerang throwing and get up close to the animals in the Koala and Wildlife Park - cuddle a Koala. Return to Cairns on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and glide silently over 7.5km of pristine World Heritage Rainforest in gondola cabins.

Day 2 - Great Barrier Reef - Green Island Full Day
Your Green Island Reef Cruise includes transfers aboard the modern Big Cat catamaran, semi-submarine tour where you can view the coral reef and abundant tropical marine life, snorkelling gear or an informative glass bottom boat tour, buffet lunch and time to explore the Island.
