If Cairns Seaplanes cancels any service at the pilot’s discretion all passengers receive a full refund.
All flights are subject to the pilot’s discretion, weather conditions, air traffic control and availability.
Wheelchair access is unavailable unless passenger is physically able to board and disembark seaplane unassisted.
All flights covered by passenger seat insurance, however, Cairns Seaplanes will not accept liability for failure to make connections with any other service.
