Travel south from Perth towards Albany and the South Coast, encountering the Stirling Ranges and Porongorups where we stop for picnic lunch and sightseeing at the base of Bluff Knoll. Continue on to Mount Clarence and the ANZAC Memorial Centre in Albany where you can take a self-guided tour before taking a scenic drive along the rugged coastline, arriving for an early evening check-in at your accommodation.

After breakfast we head to the famous Whale World interpretation centre for a quick self-guided tour before enjoying coastal sightseeing on our way to a visit ‘The Gap’ and ‘Natural Bridge.’ Our day continues as we head further west to the coastal town of Walpole. Here we join our expert guide for a luncheon cruise on the Nornalup Inlet, one of the last great wilderness areas. This afternoon is spent at the Valley of the Giants ‘Tree Top Walk’ which reaches 40 metres high into the forest Canopy. Walk amongst the treetops and get a different perspective on the world. After this experience we head to the Pemberton region for check-in at our overnight accommodation.

Take an early morning walk this morning to the majestic Beedelup Falls before we continue our journey north through the Boranup Forest where you will have the opportunity to climb the 61 metre Gloucester Tree. Moving west we visit Australia’s most south-westerly town, Augusta, and visit Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse where the Indian and Great Southern Oceans meet. Enjoy a delicious lunch prior to heading out to Surfers Point Lookout, the home to spectacular coastal view and then onto Mammoth Cave. After exploring Mammoth Cave, we head to Yallingup Shearing Shed where we experience an Australian sheep dog and shearing demonstration. Late this afternoon, check-in at your accommodation allowing free time to experience the local surroundings.

Breakfast starts our day before we enjoy some free time in the main township of Margaret River. Then, visit the chocolate and cheese factories (time permitting) to taste some of their delicious product and then sample some of the delicious locally produced wines at on of the marquee wineries in the region. Following lunch, head to the dramatic coast at Canal rocks before we start our journey home towards Perth. Along the way, stop to visit the longest wooden jetty in the Southern Hemisphere in Busselton, before arriving to end our journey back in Perth in the late afternoon.

    Vineyards closed on Christmas Day, Good Friday & some public holidays. Strong wind conditions may result in the closure of the Tree Top Walk, in which case alternative touring arrangements will be made.
    Rate is per person twin share, and must be applied to 2 people in one booking. Single Supplement available for Solo Travellers, and triple rate available on application.

    Concession/pensioner prices are available for holders of Senior or Aged Pensioner Cards, or Full-time Students. Cards must be shown to provide proof of eligibility if requested.
