This tour takes you to Moreton Island’s stunning Tangalooma Island Resort, where you can hand feed wild dolphins, luxuriate at the resort and participate in many fun-filled island activities!

• Hand feed wild but friendly bottlenose dolphins in their natural habitat
• Experience the Desert Safari Tour, including sand tobogganing on the island’s huge dunes
• Enjoy a delicious lunch
• Enjoy access to the resort’s day lounge
• Choose from many amazing island activities (lots of which are free) including water and land activities, beach games, informative tours and so much more!

Arriving at the Holt St Wharf, Pinkenba, Brisbane, at 9:30 am for check-in, you’ll hop aboard your cruise at 10 am and be whisked across to Tangalooma Island Resort on Moreton Island – the world’s third largest sand island. Once there, you are given a choice of many activities and tours (lots of them being completely free), so you can choose a variety of activities to suit you over the course of the day. Choose from quad bikes, segway tours, snorkelling, diving, beach games and many other activities. You can take advantage of the two pools and other resort activities, explore the beautiful natural flora and fauna of the island or visit the dolphins, tropical fish, dugongs and turtles at Moreton Bay Marine Park, among many other activities.

A delicious lunch at one of the island's fantastic eateries will give you enough energy to participate in the Desert Safari Tour with sand tobogganing. Feel like a kid again as you soar down the side of a massive sand dune at up to 40 kilometres per hour! Another must-do on the island is to hear an informative presentation and tour by the Tangalooma Marine Education and Conservation Centre. Learn about the amazing creatures of the ocean and how important they are.

As the sun begins to set, the island is visited by an inquisitive pod of dolphins, who come to feed and meet their human friends. You’ll have the chance to wade into the shallow water and hand feed these beautiful, intelligent and overall amazing mammals – an experience you’ll remember forever! After the last dolphin feeding (times vary), you’ll head back over the lovely Moreton Bay and be returned to the Holt Street Wharf at around 8:15 pm.
