Tour Description
Transfer to Launceston from Hobart, stay a night and spend a day at Cradle Mountain.
Overview: Journey north to experience the magic of Cradle Mountain National Park. Let's begin our afternoon with a visit to the historic village of Ross, then through countryside to Launceston for our overnight stop. Day 2 includes a visit to Sheffield enroute to the World Heritage Area, Cradle Valley and Dove Lake. Your guide's local knowledge and interpretation will enhance your experience. We'll stop at the Visitor Centre before taking a walk around Dove Lake or some free walking. Visit Waldheim Chalet before our late afternoon return to Launceston.
