The best way to see the best of the outer Great Barrier Reef is to “liveaboard”, stay out on the reef and utilise all the time available. We choose the site which will give you the best experience at the time. Our boat has double & twin rooms available, centrally air conditioned and a large deck purely for you to enjoy. We can’t wait to show you our backyard!
Our Outer Great Barrier Reef 3 day 2 night liveaboard trip departs from Cairns every day except Tuesday. On each liveaboard trip, there is a maximum of 32 passengers and generally there will be a mix of certified divers and learn to dive students as well as snorkellers also on board.
We have 16 exclusive sites on 4 different outer reef locations and we visit a selection of these sites on every trip. These sites have been selected for their variety and quality of both coral and marine life as well as great visibility.

The trip includes snorkelling, 2 nights air-conditioned accommodation (twin share cabins with shared facilities) and all meals on the boat, all gear hire, Cairns and Northern Beaches accommodation transfers (to as far north as Palm Cove).
Digital Camera Hire is available on board for AUD$35 per dive - includes images being burnt to CD on board.
Introductory Dives (maximum 3) with a Dive Instructor are available to be booked on board our 3 day trip - these cost an additional AUD$65 per person per dive.

Cairns and Cairns Beaches
Our trip departs from Cairns every day except Tuesday at 7.00am (check in by 6.15am at our Retail Shop on the corner of Grafton and Shields Street).
Our trip includes Cairns and Northern Beaches accommodation transfers (to as far north as Palm Cove). Please advise your accommodation place at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to your trip departure reconfirm your booking.
Swimmers, Towels (2 towels each) and sunscreen. We recommend that passengers bring a small overnight style bag on the boat. Large suitcases / backpacks can be stored Free of Charge at our Pro Dive Cairns retail shop.
An additional fee of $85 per person is payable direct to Pro Dive Cairns. This fee consists of a Government Environmental Charge as well as a Port Departure Tax and administration charges. This charge is applicable to all passengers travelling out on the 3 Day 2 Night Liveaboard Dive trip.

Children of all ages are welcome on board our 3 day 2 night trip. Please note that Pro Dive Cairns does not offer a child minding facility on board - young children must be supervised by a parent / guardian at all times.
All Passengers under the age of 18 years old - must have a parent / guardian accompany them on board.
Please note that towels are not included - we recommend that you bring along two towels each (one of the ocean and one for showering).
We do recommend that all passengers take out extra Travel Insurance.
We recommend that you wait 24 hours after diving before flying if you choose to do an Introductory Dive on the trip.
