You’ll start this gastronomical adventure in Melbourne City, with pickups at St Paul's Cathedral on the corner of Flinders and Swanston Street at 7:45, or with complimentary accommodation pickups from Melbourne, Southbank, St Kilda, Docklands and South Yarra. Take your turn, with new friends, to wander through the beautiful rolling green hills of the Yarra Valley and peruse just what has enticed the many visitors over the last 150 years. Your coach – with its comfortable lounge seats arranged booth-like – creates a fun, social atmosphere. With a complimentary on-board coffee machine, cool music that suits the mood, new and old friends – it’s just like travelling in your favourite coffee shop on wheels!

You would be mistaken for thinking the very appealing rural Napoleone Cider House and Brewery may focus on wine, but nothing could be further from the truth. You haven’t given cider a try or even much thought? Be very pleasantly surprised, give it a go, and prepare yourself for a fantastic tingling taste bud sensation. With the knowledge of three generations, 100% fresh apple and pear juice grown and loving produced on site, these ciders are full of fresh, crisp flavours.

Indulge in free chocolate at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie while watching French and Belgium chocolatiers meticulously hand make over 250 assorted truffle and chocolate varieties. Drool over the ‘Great Wall of Chocolate’ and walk away with a delicious sweet treat that includes chocolates suffused with cherries, apricots, plums, almonds, citrus and more from the Chocolaterie orchard. And on any day, what’s better than a luscious, creamy home-made ice cream?

Arriving at the Dominique Portet Winery and its exquisite French décor, you are warmly greeted by the dedicated wine making family that produce these exquisite wines with a strong French influence. Learn this winery’s fascinating history in the barrel room, while decadently sipping on few samples and indulging in a French style picnic lunch in the picture perfect gardens.

Next, you’ll go to the Gateway Estate Farmhouse, where you’ll get a chance to sample superb locally grown fresh seasonal produce, such as berries, apples and stone fruit and a mouth-watering selection of assorted local relishes and cheeses. Pick your own luscious strawberries in the hydroponic greenhouse, then sample the smooth ports and strawberry liqueurs and partake in the famous ‘strawberry shot-cake’!

After a fantastic fun filled day, you’ll arrive back at your accommodation between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm.
