This full day of adventure from Perth will introduce you to the delights of Mandurah and the Peel Region. Beautiful beaches, natural habitats, and an abundance of wildlife make this region home. The Mandurah canal network is home to WA's largest Dolphin population, and we spend an hour and a half cruising in search of an up-close and personal encounter with these stunning creatures.

  • Experience a 1.5 hour Dolphin Adventure Cruise
  • See a 2000 year old Thrombolite Reef
  • View stunning beaches on a Coastal Drive
  • Enjoy a local produce Lunch
  • Explore the town of Mandurah

Join your tour at Perth's Crown Hotel & Casino complex or selected Perth CBD accommodation for an 8am departure heading south. We make a beeline along the coast for the Peel region which is noted for its beautiful coastline and waterways brimming with life.

We head through the town of Mandurah to Lake Clifton which is home to a Thrombolite Reef. Thorombolites are living fossils and the reef at Lake Clifton is over 2000 years old, and more than 6 kilometres long, making it the largest of it's kind in the Southern Hemisphere. Stroll the boardwalk for a closer view of the rock formations.

Next we stop for morning tea in the Cape Bouvard area before heading into the town of Mandurah to join the centrepiece of our day, the 1.5hrs Dolphin Adventure Cruise. Our purpose built safari vessel, the 1400hp The Spirit Adventure, has been built for speed and its ability to quickly manoeuvre when searching for dolphins. We go on an exhilirating wildlife adventure on the canals of the Peel-Harvey Estuary in the fully enclosed vessel looking for the largest residential population of Bottlenose Dolphins in Western Australia. We will see these amazing creatures up close as they play in the water and speed alongside the vessel in an apparent challenge as they skim through the water with ease.

Whilst on the fully commentated cruise you'll also see the abundant wildlfe of the wetlands, including pelicans and osprey, as well as rare North Asian migatory birds (October to March)

After your cruise, we head to lunch back in Mandurah, with a delicious lical produce lunch on offer.

Then spend some free time exploring the town of Mandurah, shopping, picking up some souvenirs or enjoying the scenic foreshore and boardwalk.

To end the day, we head back to Perth along the freeway arriving around 4pm, so you have plenty of time to continue exploring Perth, or head out to evening activities.
