  Please ensure you show your printed voucher at our ticket office at least 30mins prior to departure.

• What to bring:

  We suggest casual clothing such as shorts and T-shirts during the day, as well as swimming costume, hat and sunglasses. For evenings at the Island, smart casual attire is suggested.

• Child policies:

  Child ticket prices apply to children between the ages of 4 and 12 years inclusive.
  Toddlers (aged 2 and 3) are $25.00 each and Infants (U2) are $5 each - these fare types can be added as an optional extra when booking.
  All children must be pre-booked.

• Additional Information:

  All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued in place of a refund for cancellations made at least one hour prior to departure.
