Get up early to start your Hot Air Balloon adventure as the dawn is breaking. After an exhilarating balloon ride we will transfer you to Kuranda to start your Skyrail cableway journey back to Cairns.
Before dawn we will collect you from your Cairns accommodation and make our way via road to the launch site on the Atherton tablelands. At the crack of dawn we introduce you to the safe, exciting sport of ballooning. Our pilot will gently lift off and quietly glide the balloon over the panorama of the Atherton Tablelands - the best way to absorb the diverse eco-culture of the region. After this exhilarating experience you are transferred to a comfort stop with the opportunity to view & purchase in-flight photo's. Receive your personalised 30 minute flight certificate before transferring to Kuranda Village for some free time. Return to Cairns on Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, ensure that you allow time to explore the two Skyrail mid-stations. From the Smithfield you will be returned to you Cairns accommodation.

Warm clothes in the winter months, but do NOT where light coloured clothing as its easily stained by the volcanic soil - Camera or Video Camera - Hat and comfortable shoes (no high heels)

A levy of $30.00pp Pay On Board fee comprising of Civil Aviation insurance, landing fees, and part recovery of transfer costs and Government taxes and charges is payable on the day of travel
- Ballooning is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
- It is a CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) regulation that you are able to climb in and out of the basket unassisted
