This is certainly a tour for lovers of nature & wildlife. The scenery is wonderful and it changes from rolling hills to rugged coastline. The stop at Seal Rocks to see all the fur seals is special, lots of photo opportunites as well. The highlight for most will be the Penguin Parade at the end of the day. You will never forget the little penguins coming out of the water at sunset and  heading for home! If possible, I would recomend you upgrade to one of the viewing options.

  • Be amazed by the Little Penguins as they go about their routines at the Penguin Parade
  • Experience the wonder of historical Churchill Island and watch the sheep shearing
  • Visit Cape Woolamai surf beach & the Nobbies
  • Stop at Seal Rocks and the Blowhole and watch the seals with free access to the seal camera viewing area
  • Lunch included

This amazing all-day wildlife Eco tour will bring you face to face with some of Australia’s most adorable animals, including Little Penguins at Phillip Island, seals, kangaroos, koalas and more!

With a comfortable 9.45 am - 10.45am pickup from selected inner city Melbourne accommodation, you’ll hop aboard your comfortable tour coach and set off on a scenic journey towards Phillip Island, with a small, intimate number of fellow travellers. Your first stop of the day en route to the island will be a wildlife conservation park. Here, you’ll have the chance to get up close to a number of Australia’s favourite unique animal species, such as kangaroos, wallabies and koalas. You’ll also encounter some of the country’s more endangered and rare species, such as threatened sugar glider species, the Southern Bettong and Eastern Quolls. Cuddling up to a koala and having your photo taken is a highlight at the park.

Your next stop will be at the historically significant Churchill Island, where you’ll get to experience a sheep shearing demonstration and see the fully restored farm, cottages and homestead, all dating back to the late 1800s. After this, you’ll visit the impressive Cape Woolamai surf beach and the Nobbies. AT the Nobbies, you will have view overlooking Seal Rocks, and you’ll be able to use the seal camera viewing area to experience the joy of watching these gorgeous mammals going about their day.

Then, with beautiful surroundings as your backdrop, you’ll be enthralled by the hundreds of adorable Little Penguins making their way up the beach to their nightly nesting area. Watch as each penguin reveals a little of their own unique personalities as they interact with each other and their environment. This is an amazing insight into these amazing birds and you’ll remember your experience forever.

At the end of the day, you’ll return to Melbourne and be dropped back to your original pickup location, arriving at about 9pm - midnight (seasonal).
