Tour Description
A private adventure activity for your group (Minimum fee for 4 persons)
Join our expert guides for a full days caving at Magnificent Mount Buffalo. First we practice abseiling and laddering skills on the nearby cliffs - then we take you on a challenging three horizontal caving adventure through the Underground River Cave were we wade pools, squeeze through gaps and tunnels and clamber up waterfalls - we may even see glowworms or a rare spider or two.
After lunch we clamber to the cliff edge and descend Burston's Crevasse (abseiling in) and then to the entrance of Armageddon Cave which has two vertical pitches plus some climbs and crawls. On reaching the bottom of this cave we use steel wire ladders and ascending systems to return to the surface again. It is then back up Burston's Crevasse to the top pf the cliffs again usinmg climbing and laddering systems to assist us.
