3 Day Tour Melbourne to Adelaide - Great Ocean Road and Grampians National Park


** Day 1 - Great Ocean Road (MT) (L)

Enjoy some complimentary morning tea as we watch the surfers at Bells Beach

• Memorial Arch (Eastern View)
Take some pictures at the historic great ocean road memorial arch

• Beach Walk
Go for a stroll along some of the beautiful beaches and get some sand between your toes

• Lorne & Anglesea
View some spectacular beaches & lookouts

• Spot wild Koala’s / hang out with wildlife - (Kennett River)
See how many Koalas’ you can find! Get amongst beautiful birds; Parrots, lorikeets, and look out for the famous kookaburra.

• Free Restaurant Lunch! (Apollo Bay)
Enjoy a range of lunch options: Chicken, Fish, Beef, or Vegetarian meals from one of the nicest restaurants in Apollo Bay (Iluka!!)

• Otway’s Rainforest (Mait’s Rest)
Take a guided bushwalk through this very rare, ancient, cool temperate rainforest. You’ll feel dwarfed as you stroll past some of the tallest trees in the world.

** Day 2 –Warrnambool & the Grampians National Park (B,D)

• Free Optional activities
If your feeling energetic, get up extra early and use some of the free hostel equipment – go for a bike ride – grab a fishing rod or ask for a boogie board and hit the beach.

• Whale Watching (winter only)
Look for whales at Logans Beach as they make their way around the Southern Coast of Australia

• Visit Tower Hill National Park
Victorias first national park declared in 1892 is a 30,000 year old extinct volcano. Originally the land of the local Koroitgundidj people is now a wildlife wonderland full of koalas, emus, kangaroos, magpie geese, echidnas, and possums, as well as waterbirds.

View surrounding volcanic plains

Learn the history and culture of the local Jardwadjali and Djab Wurung Tribes. Visit one of victorias leading aboriginal cultural centres

** Day 3 - The Grampians National Park (B)

• Mckenzie Falls, Clematis Falls or Silverband Falls
Visit one of the most spectacular and largest waterfall with the Grampians National Park

• Tour the Grampians National Park
Home to kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, emus, birds, echidnas and many other Aussie creatures as well as an abundant array of plant life. ‘A Wildlife, Waterfall, Walking Wonderland

• Halls Gap
Spend time in beautiful Halls Gap, the heart of the Grampians National Park

• ‘Jaw’s of Death’ or Bunjils Cave
Walk along an Aussie bush track to experience The Balconies, the famous sandstone rocks also known as the ‘Jaw’s of Death’

• Reeds Lookout or Lake Bellfield
Enjoy the breathtaking views
