Boarding at approximately 7:40am daily from A Finger, Cairns Marlin Marina, you will travel aboard the magnificent catamaran, for an extraordinary full day adventure, snorkeling and diving the outer coral gardens at the edge of the Great Barrier Reef. From a selection of 16 exceptional reef sites, you will travel to the day's two selected sites. With water level platforms allowing divers and snorkelers to glide straight from the boat to the reef.

Your friendly professional crew and limited guest numbers will ensure a special reef experience, with activities including guided snorkeling, certified diving, ‘first-time’ introductory diving and marine talks. With the newest and most innovative craft on the Reef, incorporating the latest technology and best environmental practices, the craft offers air conditioned comfort, uninterrupted views of the reef, lounge style seating, open access to the wheelhouse and Skipper and a large partially shaded sun deck. Additional features include a huge dive deck with dive gear, snorkel gear, wetsuits and lycra suits, hydraulically lowered stairs and platforms, a sunken lounge and flat screen monitors throughout two levels. Fresh and hot water showers on the back deck add to the supreme comfort and convenience inherent throughout.

Whether snorkeling or diving, the Great Barrier Reef offers a wide range of sensational experiences in clear tropical waters replete with a variety of colourful fish, reefs of spectacular coral and a diversity of marine life, unlike anywhere else in the world. Divers can explore underwater caves, isolated pinnacles and coral gardens. You'll be provided with quality masks and snorkels, booties and fins. Wetsuits and lycra suits are also provided, as well as noodles and snorkel vests for those who like a little more buoyancy. We offer a tanks & weight rate for divers supplying their own scuba equipment.

The crew will give you a comprehensive brief before you enter the water and instruction for first timers, as well as a free Guided Snorkel tour with one of our professional dive masters. Certified crew members will be in the water for anyone requiring assurance or assistance.

As well as a delicious and healthy buffet lunch, you will also be provided with morning and afternoon tea before returning to Cairns between 4 and 4.30pm.
