$30 Pay On Board fee for civil aviation and other insurance charges, take off / landing fees, transfer costs, GST & administration charges is payable on the ballooning.
$15 Pay on Board for BSA compulsory insurance levy and other fees on the Horse Riding.
Please note:
- Ballooning & Horse Riding are not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
- It is a CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) regulation that you are able to climb in and out of the basket unassisted

Tour Description
For a truly memorable experience, try a balloon flight at dawn over the Atherton Tablelands. Our giant balloons accommodate up to 20 people, and glide gently over the bush land and farms of the Mareeba Valley. Afterwards you are returned to your accommodation or Kuranda Village with plenty of time to begin other tours for the day.
Depart Cairns early morning to travel to Mareeba Valley on the Atherton Tablelands. The balloons are inflated in a spectacular display, and prepared for flight. The first flight gracefully lifts off, while passengers for the second 30 min flight board the coach and chase the balloon to it's landing site. The second flight lifts off while the passengers from the first flight travel aboard the coach to the pack-up site. Have fun helping pack-up our giant Balloons before boarding the coach back to your Horse Riding Tour.
What better way to experience the Aussie bush, rainforest and spectacular views than on horseback. Trails perfect for absolute beginner riders through to the more experienced rider meander through beautiful bushland and rainforest, allowing you to get in amongst nature and experience it first hand.
The horses are exceptionally well treated and maintained and all have a friendly nature. Each guest is matched with a horse that complements the riders experience and ability.
