Complimentary pick-ups are provided from Cairns, as designated by our staff on confirmation. Coach pick-ups may be by another appointed contractor. Interstate and overseas passengers should re-confirm their pick-up times 24 hours prior. NOTE: Every effort is made to locate passengers upon arrival at their pick-up point. Travel to Kuranda Village on the Kuranda Scenic Railway, passing the impressive Stoney Creek and Barron Falls.
When in Kuranda, you'll have plenty of free time to explore this village in the rainforest, wandering through the markets and shops, stopping for lunch or a snack at various cafes and restaurants. There are many attractions to visit, such as the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary - Australia's largest live butterfly exhibit (optional cost).
Glide over the rainforest canopy aboard Skyrail Rainforest Cableway (departs 1:30pm), with stops at Red Peak and Barron Falls stations.
