Glide over the rainforest canopy aboard Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.
Arrive in Kuranda, where you'll have plenty of free time to explore this village in the rainforest. Wander through the markets and shops, and stop for lunch or a snack at various cafes and restaurants. There are many attractions to visit, such as the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary - Australia's largest live butterfly exhibit (optional cost).
Return to Cairns on the Kuranda Scenic Railway (departs 3:30pm), passing the impressive Stoney Creek and Barron Falls.
