Travel from Alice Springs through the West MacDonnell Ranges. Stop along the way for a light breakfast, then later at Atila (Mt. Conner) lookout for morning tea. Travel on to Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park where you will join a base tour of Uluru (Ayers Rock) and guided walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole where you can view Aboriginal rock paintings.
Visit the Uluru - Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre (Lunch at own expense) and learn more about Tjukurpa (law) of the Anangu people.
Visit Kata Tjuta (the Olgas), where you can take a walk between the massive domes at Walpa Gorge.
Travel back to the Uluru sunset viewing area to witness the changing colours of Uluru while sipping complimentary wine or juice, followed by a picnic dinner.
After dinner, watch an onboard movie on your return journey to Alice Springs
