meet 9am Craig Avenue Boat ramp, Little Manly Beach, Manly. Craig Avenue is off Stuart Street, Manly a short walk from the Manly Ferry

What to bring:
What to bring: To ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water. We also recommend a hat and sunscreen and if you want to enjoy the beach, bring your swimming costume and a towel. A PFD (life jacket) will be provided for you. It's a good idea to bring a towel and change of clothes for after the kayak. What to wear: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking and riding. You may like to bring a change of clothes for kayaking. You will get wet when kayaking from the paddle splash as well as getting wet feet as you get in and out of the kayak. Please wear comfortable lightweight clothes (no jeans), wear a hat and crocs or shoes which can get wet. Bring your swimming costume if you would like to enjoy a swim. For the ultimate adventure join this fantastic full day biking, hiking and kayaking experience. We begin with biking to Manly's fabulous North Head - the northern portal of the entrance to the harbour with magnificent views. Explore the natural beauty and military history of North Head. We then enjoy a kayak exploring the secluded sandy coves and dazzling waters of Manly, stopping for lunch on a remote picturesque each inaccessible by road. We finish the day with a fabulous guided walk from Manly to The Spit. Explore the dramatic coastline, pretty bushland of the Sydney Harbour National Park, panoramic lookouts, aboriginal engravings and areas of native coastal heath.
