8.30am or 9.30am Train departing from Cairns station to take the famous Kuranda Scenic Railway through some of the oldest rainforest in the world, past the spectacular Stoney Creek Falls and onto Kuranda station.
Arrive in Kuranda at either 10.30am or 11.30am and spend a little time exploring Kuranda, “the village in the rainforest” before departing on Skyrail at 12.45pm to glide over the rainforest canopy to Skyrail Smithfield terminal.
From Skyrail take a short walk next door to Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park for entry at 2.00pm, where you will experience living aboriginal cultural history. Enjoy the Creation Theatre, History Theatre and Dance Show complimented by the Traditional Camp, Didgeridoo demonstration, Fire-Making, Bush Food and Medicine, Boomerang and Spear Throwing and the Aboriginal Artefacts Museum.
From the front of Skyrail Smithfield the 5.20pm coach transfer will take you back to Cairns station or Cairns city accommodation.

Please make your own way to the Cairns or Freshwater train stations for check in as there are no coach transfers to/from hotels to the stations.

Child Fares 4-14years. Infants under 4 years are Free of Charge, however please include them in your booking request to ensure a ticket/seat is issued. Children must be accompanied by an adult while travelling on Kuranda Scenic Railway.
Train 2 hours one way (Cairns to Kuranda) OR 1 hour 30 mins one way (Freshwater to Kuranda)
Skyrail 1 hour 15 mins one way.
Tjapukai 2 hours 30 mins.
Transfer 15 mins to Freshwater station, 30 mins to Cairns station.
