On this incredible tour, you get to see all that Victoria's breathtaking coastline has to offer. We set off at 7 am to get an early start from Melbourne's CBD. Driving through the vast volcanic plains as we head toward Colac where we stop to enjoy some morning tea and biscuits.

Our first stop is to see the natural spectacles of the 12 Apostles, where the golden limestone stacks cast a shadow over the sea. The dramatic coastline complements the majestic stacks, which will present perfect opportunities for any photography enthusiast. The blasting winds that carved the limestone cliffs will tease your skin and hair.

We continue along the limestone cliffs of the Southern Ocean to see London Bridge and Loch Ard Gorge, the site of one of the most significant shipwrecks in the 19th-century. The sheer size and depth of the gorge are part of what makes this a national wonder, but you'll be captivated by the scenic splendour and wonderful wildlife that call the gorge home.

The Great Ocean Road is sure to impress. Our cliff-hugging journey around the mountain will reveal colours in the ocean that are among the most beautiful in Australia, and we will see the seaside towns of Anglesea and Apollo Bay. We enter National Parks as part of your experience. You will see prehistoric ancient rainforests where some of the world's tallest trees and flowering plants grow, undisturbed by the ravages of time. The rainforest's cool, damp gully will reveal a wealth of sea and forest life that cohabitates under the lush fernery of these shaded, wet forest floors. Look for Australia's colourful native birds in the treetops or in the waterways for swamp wallabies. If you're truly lucky, you might see a tiger quoll or a yellow-bellied glider.

Stepping out of the forest and into the sun, the salt of the ocean is there to greet you. Take a spot of swimming at one of Australia's best beaches, or shop along the coast where brands like Rip Curl and Quicksilver were invented. We stay overnight in the popular Surfing town Torquay.

In the morning we take the ferry across Port Phillip Bay, looking for dolphins as we go. Landing among the wine-making region of the Mornington Peninsula, we observe the world class beaches of Sorrento, where the blue and turquoise sea meets golden sands. Sheltered waters make this an ideal diving and swimming tourist destination.

On Phillip Island, we go through the fishing village of San Remo, where seafood lovers and naturalists meet in the middle to enjoy the gateway to Phillip Island. The sun sets on our visit to the Penguin Parade, where visitors get to watch as the world's smallest penguins waddle out of the waves of the ocean to nestle into their burrows for the night. Phillip Island is home to one of Australia's largest penguin colonies. This is an experience you will never forget.
