This is a great day tour for everyone. We take you to the top of Mt Wellington, always overlooking Hobart, where the views & walks are spectacular. We stop at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary where the rangers care for injured wildlife and they release them back once they have recovered. Your enrtrance fee helps to look after these animals. You learn all about the unusual Tassie Devils, hand feed kangaroos, & discover that koalas & wombats are related! A tour full of great scenery, Australian Wildlife & history.
Travel to Hobart’s backdrop kunanyi/Mt Wellington and see Tasmanian devils and other wildlife in Tasmania's famous Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary.
Heading to the summit of kunanyi/Mt Wellington we enjoy the stunning views over Hobart and Southern Tasmania. From the summit we offer a range of spectacular gentle walks or, for the adventurous, the popular Organ Pipes walk.
From the mountain we head to historic Hobart's waterfront to relax for lunch and some time to explore before heading to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary where we come face to face with the iconic Tasmanian devil.
A fantastic day with views, walks and lots of wildlife!
