Day 1 (Dinner included)
After departing Perth, you’ll head north to Yanchep National Park, where you’ll meet some Aussie animals, like kangaroos, emus, koalas (along the Koala Boardwalk) and a variety of birds. Following a scrumptious morning tea and a pleasant drive through wildflower-studded farmlands, you can cool off with a refreshing swim and admire the leaning trees of Greenough Flats. Next, you’ll travel to Chapman Valley, where you’ll visit Mills Lookout. Taste some amazing wine in a winery and grab some pictures of the attractive Pink Lake. Before settling down for dinner and accommodation in Kalbarrim, you’ll see the phenomenal ocean views at Kalbarri Coastal Gorges. You’ll also see the oyster beds and Red Bluff.
Day 2 (Breakfast and dinner included)
Your first stop for the day is Kalbarri National Park, where you’ll be able to discover the rugged vistas of either Natures Window, Ross Graham Lookout or The Loop, as well as Hawks Head Gorges. These red river gorges along the Murchison River are some of the most amazing you’ll see. Further north, you’ll enter the Shark Bay World Heritage Region, before taking a pit stop at Denham. Then, it’s off to Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort, where you can spend some afternoon free time enjoying the beach or taking advantage of all the resort facilities.
During the evening, a luxurious sunset catamaran cruise will help you unwind, as you spot dolphins, dugong and other sea life against a backdrop of ochre sunset hues. The night isn’t finished yet though – next, you’ll feel pampered as you dine along the shoreline of Monkey Mia, before enjoying some stargazing. You’ll spend the night at the lovely Monkey Mia Dolphin Lodge
Day 3 (Breakfast and dinner included)
You simply cannot visit Monkey Mia without interacting with dolphins, so on this morning, you’ll have some free time to view and maybe hand feed some of these amazing, intelligent mammals. Afterwards, you’ll return to Denham for another pit stop before visiting beautiful Eagle Bluff to see marine creatures – such as sharks – lurking within the seagrass, as well as take in the stunning sea views. Next up, you’ll visit Shell Beach to see the interesting landscape, made entirely of shell grit and shells. You might also visit Hamelin Pool to see the fascinating ancient Stromatolites.
Then, you’ll head back to Kalbarri for the night, where you can spend some free time exploring local attractions, before filling up on an authentic Aussie BBQ dinner.
Day 4 (Breakfast included)
After breakfast, you’ll visit Geraldton, where you’ll see the amazing HMAS Sydney War Memorial. Lunch will be at Port Dennison, where you can also enjoy a swim. Next, you’ll see gorgeous views and bright wildflowers as you travel through the Midwest farmland area. Then, a visit to Nambung National Park – which is the location of the phenomenal Pinnacles Desert – will see you walking around these fascinating limestone pillars in awe. You’ll return to Perth – and your original pickup location – at around 6 pm.
NOTE: Wildflowers, dolphins and other wildlife are seasonal attractions, which means we cannot always guarantee you’ll see them.
