- We meet all inward flights to Cairns airport which are booked and paid for 72 hours or more prior to arrival. We make all efforts to accommodate later bookings. On arrival please make your way to the baggage collection/arrivals area (even if you have no checked baggage). Our driver will be there with a sign bearing your name. Should you not see him/her there immediately please wait there and he /she will be there shortly. Please also switch on your mobile phone as soon as you get off the plane in case of flight delays or if our driver has difficulty finding you. Our bus driver will then escort you to the bus. For your return transport, please be ready outside the designated pick up point (usually your accommodation) 5 mins prior to the designated time. For your return please contact us the day before you travel for an exact time of transfer. We allow AT LEAST 2 hours from Port Douglas before your flight departure time for dometic flights and more for international flights and we pick you up from your accomodation in Port Douglas (or other designated point in Port Douglas). Please be ready outside your pick up point 5 mins prior to the designated time

Our small 13 seater Toyota Hiaces or 7 seat Taragos will tranfer you directly to your Port Douglas accommodation with no stops going north via the Cairns Northern Beaches as with other services to delay you. There is plenty of room for your luggage. For those unfamiliar to the region our driver will draw your attention to points of interest along the route. For your return please contact us the day before you travel for an exact time of transfer.
