- Wetsuits are available for hire onboard. Scuba Diving is an optional extra (westuit included in Dive Cost). Introductory Dive - even if you have never dived before, try your first dive with our qualified dive instructors (subject to a diving medial questionnaire on board, persons 45 years and over are required to provide a diving medical from a doctor). All gear provided. Certified Diver - there is a guided dive available that is under the supervision of our experienced dive instructor who knows the area very well. The dive is usually a one-way dive going with the current. There are over hangs and crevices to explore, swim throughs and huge heads of stunning coral. The marine life is very impressive with anemones, sea cucumbers, starfish, and nudi branches just to name a few sightings on the tour. The dive instructor will simply guide you around and point out different marine life of interest as you go along to ensure that you get the most out of your dive. Refreshments available for purchase from our Licensed bar. Unique Maxi Ragamuffin branded merchandise available for purchase onboard.

- We have a courtesy bus that picks-up from all bus stops from Cannonvale to Shute Harbour. Cannonvale pick-up 7:55am. Airlie Beach pick-up 8:05 - 8:10am. Jubilee Pocket pick-up 8:15 – 8:20am. Flame Tree pick-up 8:25am. Guests must advise preferred pick-up point day prior to travel. Cruises depart Shute Harbour at 8.45am. Return Shute Harbour at approx 4.15 - 4.30pm.

At 24 metres, Maxi Ragamuffin is one of the Whitsunday's largest and fastest Maxi Yachts. Her considerable size ensures that she is comfortable in any sea condition. Below decks, Maxi Ragamuffin has cushioned settees and is carpeted throughout. She is equipped with toilet facilities, galley, refrigeration and has a 200hp auxiliary engine. Even if you have never sailed before, come aboard Maxi Ragamuffin and let our crew sail you to unforgettable day trip destinations.
About a two-hour sail from the mainland, Blue Pearl Bay is situated on Hayman Island and is the site of some of Queensland's most spectacular fringing reef. Blue Pearl is full of beautiful coral and thousands of colourful tropical fish. A delicious buffet lunch, including cold roast meats, gourmet salads and crusty bread rolls is served onboard after snorkelling.
We then set sail again for the return leg via the Whitsunday Passage to Shute Harbour. Refreshments are available for purchase from our Licensed bar. (SCUBA Diving is available onboard as an optional extra.)
Snorkelling is supervised and for the inexperienced, instruction is available on board. All snorkelling gear is supplied free of charge.
